About the role
Lead plumbing crews on new residential subdivisions in the Riverview and Apollo Beach growth corridor. You will run 2–3 houses in progress at a time: scheduling your crew, passing inspections, and coordinating with the GC's superintendent.
Steady pipeline of work — we have phases booked through next year. Company truck provided for foremen after 90 days.
Requirements
- 5+ years of new-construction plumbing experience
- 2+ years leading a crew or running jobs as a foreman
- Thorough knowledge of Florida Building Code plumbing chapters
- Able to manage material orders and inspection scheduling
