About the role

Lead a four-person residential roofing crew through daily production. You will set the pace on tear-offs and installs, keep the site safe and clean, and be the on-site point of contact for the homeowner.

This is a working-lead role: you are on the roof alongside the crew, not in an office. Advancement to field supervisor is available for leads who consistently hit quality and schedule targets.

Requirements

4+ years of roofing experience, including shingle and tile
Prior experience directing a small crew
OSHA 10 or willingness to complete it within 60 days
Strong communication with homeowners and office staff
